Since 2006 I have been living in New Zealand and discovered my passion for kitesurfing there. Kitesurfing is not an extreme sport for me, when I am on the water I can switch off, feel and enjoy the elements, it fascinates me to glide almost weightlessly over the water. In a further step I decided in 2014 to train as a kitesurfing instructor because I wanted to inspire friends and acquaintances with this sport. Soon I got several job offers at wonderful places in the South Pacific. There I could gain valuable experience and make many friends.
Now I am looking forward to the possibility to teach 1800 meters higher than usual at the beautiful Silvaplanersee and I hope that 2020 will be a windy season.
