My name is Frida and I am 7 years old. In March 2021, I saved up my pocket money and used it to fulfill my biggest dream. Simon taught me how to snowkite in Silvaplana. After the first day, I was already able to kite on my own over the frozen lake.
It quickly became clear to me that I really wanted to kite on the water too. Thanks to Swisskitesurf and the crowdfunding that they started for me , where many people generously supported me, my next big dream came true faster than expected: I was allowed to learn how to kite on the water! In Egypt, Stef and Yannick taught me how to kite. Equipped with a radio headset, I was soon able to kite far out on the Red Sea.
Now you can find me, wrapped up in 10 mm wetsuit, on the lake of Silvaplana. Now I really want to learn the backroll.
I am generally very enthusiastic about sports. I have been skiing and snowboarding since I was 3 years old. I also find bouldering and climbing really cool. I love big and small adventures and am easily inspired by new challenges.
